Goose the Market features a daily menu of sandwiches, soups, gelato, and small plates, along with cut-to-order raw beef, pork, poultry, game, and seafood + house-made sausages and smoked meats. Enjoy charcuterie from Smoking Goose and other producers here and abroad, farmstead cheeses from near and far, fresh produce, artisan breads, preserves, sauces, pickles, pasta, crackers, flours and grains, and more. Stop in at Enoteca bar in the cellar for Italian style wine by the glass + small plates and take home craft beer and wine by the bottle.

MashCraft was created with one simple idea: To offer our patrons great beer and great service. This idea was born out of a serendipitous convergence of friendships by a uniquely balanced team of owners – each with his own area of expertise. 

From our Master Brewer dreaming up delicious concoctions, to our in-house engineer developing new ways to deliver a great experience, to our business-minded banker drumming up new opportunities to expand our brand, MashCraft was founded by bringing unique people with unique ideas together.
