The Dr. James A. Dillon Park is approximately 77.5 acres of beautiful ground, and was established June 2, 2007.  The park was named in memory and honor of Dr. James A. Dillon who served on the Noblesville Parks and Recreation Board for almost 40 years.  Dr. Dillon was a physician in Noblesville for 50 years.

Spencer Farm began as a fruit farm in 1982 with a strawberry patch. The farm expanded with other fruits and a market in 2008. The farm, Spencer’s U-Pick opened in 1982 with a strawberry patch, and over the years, the farm gradually added more crops. Asparagus, blueberries, red raspberries, and pumpkins provided a variety of pick-your-own crops spanning over several seasons. The farm matured rapidly over the next five years to the point that Kyle and Lori’s son Mark envisioned the farm becoming part of his future.

In his role as production manager at Spencer Farm, Mark began exploring other growth opportunities. Due to his love of viticulture and the art of wine-making, Mark proposed the idea of a winery. After extensive research, trial and error, and  advice from Purdue's Wine Grape Team, the first test batches of wine were created. With the tasting room construction complete in the summer of 2019, the Spencers proudly opened the farmhouse doors to a relaxed country experience.

Morse Park and Beach is the center for summertime activities in Hamilton County. With the surrounding trees, hills, and Morse Reservoir, it is an ideal location to play! This 23-acre park boasts an 18-hole disc golf course. Morse Park is also home to the Hamilton County Parks and Recreation Department's spring and fall softball leagues.

Seminary Park was established in 1983 on 1.5 acres at 350 S. 10th St. in Noblesville. The county initially bought the land in 1844 for the town’s first schoolhouse, known as the County Seminary, and later it was the location of the Second Ward School, which served Noblesville students for more than 100 years. The last school building stood site until its demolition in 1969.

In 2019, the park underwent renovation to add pathways, Edison lighting, a new gazebo, park benches and many landscaped flower beds. The park also features a playground, and landscaped, open green space. 

The gazebo and green space is used many times throughout the year for small outdoor weddings, rentals and events. Seminary Park is home to "Lights Over Seminary"  and the "Indiana Peony Festival."

The Nickel Plate Trail is a proposed 9.2 mile pedestrian trail situated along the Nickel Plate rail running from 96th Street in Fishers to Pleasant Street in Noblesville. The trail’s development connects the two communities through the hearts of their downtowns to create recreational and experiential opportunities for residents and visitors to the Hamilton County trail.

Potter's Bridge Park features the only remaining covered bridge in Hamilton County, and is surrounded by a 66-acre park. Constructed between 1870-1871 by Josiah Durfee, and restored in 1999, the bridge serves as the centerpiece of Potter's Bridge Park. The bridge boasts beautiful views of the White River and is a great place to observe wildlife in its natural habitat. The park also contains the White River Greenway Trail, which spans 3.25 miles along the White River through Forest Park and on to either downtown Noblesville or Morse Park and Beach.

There is plenty of recreation for the family to enjoy at Potter's Bridge Park! Bring your canoe or kayak to the park for a ride along the White River. Pack up your fishing pole and waders. Lace up your tennis shoes for a hike and enjoy some wildlife viewing on your way, or simply bring the kids to delight in the playground.

"Who is Rosie?" is usually the first question people ask us. Rosie was the grandmother of Debbi Bourgerie, who owns Rosie's with her husband, Michael. The restaurant is named in her honor. Her dedication to good quality food and family inspired Debbi to do the same when opening Rosie's. Why is Rosie's so good? Likely because we make just about everything—our baked goods, homemade bread, dressings, soups—from scratch, or maybe, it just runs in the family. Rosie's is a full-service breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant with a full bakery, and three locations on the Northside of Indianapolis. Each location has its own unique character and offerings, but all of them feel like you're dining with your closest family and friends.

Spencer Farm began in 1982 as 'Spencer's U- Pick'. The farm started as a dream for Kyle Spencer. Kyle had always wanted to farm from the time he was a small boy. He was involved in a livestock production as well as agronomic crops, but was not raised on a farm. The opportunity to farm didn't seem like it would become a reality until the Lord blessed him with a neighbor who made it possible for him to rent 10 acres, and as they say, "the rest is history." 

Started primarily as a small "pick-your-own" fruit farm; Spencer Farm now sells pre-picked, you-pick, and wholesale fruit around the central Indiana area. In 2008, the farm market was expanded, and has a wide variety of farm fresh Indiana products as well as hand dipped ice cream, our own homemade fudge and pies, jams and jellies, and much more.

The Hamilton County Courthouse was built in 1879, and 10 years later the first tavern opened in the new J.L. Evans Building. The tavern benefited from nearby railroad traffic and it offered lodging on the upper floors. The building has always been used as a tavern except during the years 1909 to 1933 when alcohol sales were prohibited by the government. Walter Carey and Sid Gill opened Syd's in 1945 and installed the locally famous shuffleboard game in the middle of the bar. They also coined the familiar Syd's catchphrase, "Howdy Bub." Syd's became known for its cold drinks and friendly service.

Opened on November 1, 2020, by Sladan and his wife Brandy. With the vision of a welcoming table, excellent service, and quality products the two set out on a mission to open a steakhouse that would provide all of this and more.

The Nesst was created and named by the two and the labor of love shared by the family. Many family members helped to bring this dream to reality with their children and Brandy's mother, Susan, continues to be a part of The Nesst family. Come in as a guest but be prepared to leave as a friend.
